  Shahrzad Literary Agency to launch

Seyyed Ali Kashefi Khansari, writer and journalist, announced the inauguration of Shahrzad Literary Agency and said: "This agency will be responsible for negotiation with foreign publishers and translation of Persian books to other languages and vice versa."
IBNA: Kashefi Khansari added: "Shahrzad Literary Agency would introduce Iranian works to international book markets as there is a good reception of Iranian works translated into other languages." 

He added: "We are still taking primary steps and we do not tend run on news. Yet fortunately there are common grounds for cultural interaction between Iran and other countries." 

Kashefi then referred to measures taken for launching this agency in books fairs of Abu Dhabi, Bologna, and Malaysia and added: "Shahrzad Literary Agency will also attempt to publish books in different fields." 

He finally asserted that literary agencies would certainly help for Iran's interaction with other countries.
