"THE THREE LETTER WORD" has been selected for the 20th Sarasota Film Festival in LA
According to Fars News Agency, The Sarasota International Film Festival will start April 13 and will be held in Florida and California until April 22.
This year's festival will include fictional, documentary, short films, young cinema, popular choices, Hollywood nights and workshops.
The short film "The Three Letter Word" is the debut short film of Iranian young filmmaker Saleh Kashefi and is one of the films that has been featured in the festival, which will be featured on April 15 at the youth cinema and Hollywood nights category.
The film was previously nominated at the 20th Auburn Film Festival in Australia, as well as the first Global Youth Film Festival in Bangladesh.
Saleh Kashefi,18 born in Tehran, has been making films and and acting since he was only 10 and now is a scholar student of the Iranian Young Cinema Society and a film schooler and has recently completed his second short film "Arian Said:" I Wanna Play Too". he seems to be one of the brightest future filmmakers in Iran and a great talent with a lot potential.
According to the report, there are 850 film festivals in the United States, where Sarasota Festival is ranked among the top 40 festivals in the country. The chairman director of this year's festival is Steve Buscemi, an American actor and director, and contributes to the festival are the New York Film Critics Association and the Warit News, Hollywood Reporter, Interactive Wikipedia and the New York Times and U.S. Today.
